Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

D
Feedback:
The Pap test helps in the early detection of cervical cancer. When cervical cancer is found and treated early, it is highly curable. The Pap test is not very accurate in detecting cancers of the endometrium or of the uterus. Therefore, if the test is positive, then other diagnostic tests should be done to confirm the presence of cancer. The test should be done between a woman's menstrual periods to get a more accurate result. The client should be placed in the lithotomy position for the procedure. A client has to maintain a knee-chest position for the culdoscopy procedure.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.

There are major differences in the metabolism of morphine and the illegal drug heroin. Morphine mostly produces its CNS effects through m-receptors, and at k- and d-receptors. Heroin has a slight affinity for opiate receptors. Most of its actions are due to metabolism to active metabolites (6-acetylmorphine, morphine, and morphine-6-glucuronide).
