Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
The nurse should inform the client that AIDS is caused by human immunodeficiency virus. It is not caused by infection with human papilloma virus, Epstein-Barr virus, or varicella zoster virus. Human papilloma virus is associated with genital warts and increases the risk of cervical cancer. Epstein-Barr virus causes infectious mononucleosis. Varicella zoster virus infection causes chicken pox and herpes zoster.
