Answer to Question 1

C
Feedback:
Kidney and liver disorders are treated with a controlled-protein diet. The amount of protein allowed may be based on the client's weight (e.g., 0.6 to 0.8 g/kg body weight) or may be ordered as a total amount per day (e.g., 40 or 60 g). Therefore, for a client who weighs 60 kg the correct amount of protein is between 36 and 48 g.

Answer to Question 2

A
Feedback:
Epithelial tissue shows a continuous state of regeneration. As the outer layers of epithelial cells get constantly worn off at the body's surface, the underlying layers of epithelium continually produce new cells. Thus, epithelial tissue is in a continuous state of regeneration. Connective, nerve, and muscle tissues do not show continuous regeneration.
