Answer to Question 1

ANS: 1
During a code blue, or resuscitation, there is no time to discuss what to do because time is of the essence so an autocratic leader who simply tells people what to do would be most effective.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 4
The evening supervisor holds a management position of power and is the formal leader.
