Answer to Question 1

ANS: 1
The first thing the group will do is generate ideas. One member of the group will write everything down, no matter how crazy or farfetched.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 2
The nurse's night of sleep served as letting-go time, allowing the mind to focus again after some rest, which led to the solution.
