In reference to the image, which of the following indicates that the foot has been positioned into a 30-40 degree medial oblique position?
 
 3rd cuneiform and cuboid superimposed
  1st and 2nd metatarsals are superimposing
  the shape of the calcaneus

1st and 2nd cuneiforms superimposed

Rationale: Proper medial rotation of the foot should demonstrate near even space between the shafts of the metatarsals. The 1st and 2nd cuneiform will superimpose.

Answer to Question 2

PA oblique

Rationale: The image represents a PA oblique hand indicated by the metacarpal heads 3-5 superimposing, but maintaining space between the metacarpal shafts.
