Rationale: The CR is directed to the level of iliac crest or L4-5 and MSP.

Answer to Question 2

AP neutral and scapular Y

Rationale: Trauma protocol requires a minimum of two views 90 degrees from one another. AP in neutral position and then either a scapular Y view or a transthoracic lateral could be acquired.
