What should you do if a tube of lubricating gel intended to be used in a surgical procedure has a broken seal?
 a. discard a small portion before using the remaining amount
 b. use the tube of gel just as you would if the seal was intact
 c. discard the tube of gel and replace it with a sealed tube
 d. mix the remaining gel with fresh gel from a new tube
