What should you do if a tube of lubricating gel intended to be used in a surgical procedure has a broken seal?
 a. discard a small portion before using the remaining amount
 b. use the tube of gel just as you would if the seal was intact
 c. discard the tube of gel and replace it with a sealed tube
 d. mix the remaining gel with fresh gel from a new tube

Question 2

When opening an ampule, you should
 a. hold it so the larger portion is on top.
 b. snap the top portion toward yourself.
 c. make sure the solution is in the top portion.
 d. wrap the top portion in gauze or use a safety device.
