Answer to Question 1

ANS: C
The Schiller test is done to identify abnormal tissue that can indicate the need for further testing. Glycogen in normal epithelium takes up the iodine and stains. Abnormal tissues, with little or no glycogen, do not stain brown.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: D
Tubal patency can be tested by chromopertubation or tubal insufflation. Tubal insufflation is also known as uterotubal insufflation. A hysterosalpingograp hy using x-ray may also show patency.
