What is the purpose of prerinsing or presoaking instruments after use?
 
  a. To prevent blood and debris from drying on instruments
  b. To prevent the instruments from rusting

The purpose of prerinsing or presoaking instruments is to soften or remove the blood and debris from instruments. This also prevents debris from drying on instruments making it harder to remove.

ANS: T
If the outer glove is punctured, the inside glove provides some protection from contaminates. Any puncture of a glove requires a complete glove change, even if double gloved.
