Answer to Question 1

C
A family history where the client was punished for lack of perfection and that lacked emotional warmth is common among individuals diagnosed with OCPD. In most cases, as a child, the person was expected to be perfect and adhere very closely to the rules. They received very little praise and, in turn, strove for carefully correct performance to avoid additional criticism.
