During a recent visit, a niece notices that her aunt has become quite forgetful. Two days' worth of mail is still in the mailbox and her aunt has forgotten to have her prescription for antihypertensive medication refilled.
 
  There is very little food in the house and the client is unable to tell her niece when or what she last ate.
