A client with schizoaffective disorder is assigned to a nursing student. During the interview, the client tells the student, When I was living in Spain, I didn't have any problems.
 
  I used to visit the Eiffel Tower every day and sit near the windows throwing flowers and dollar bills at the peasants to make them happier.. The student knows the client is: A) Suffering from new onset schizophrenia.
