To effectively plan care for a client, the nurse will understand that activity and adjunct therapies may be more useful in some situations than verbal therapies because adjunct therapies:
 
  1. Allow the client to express feelings on multiple levels at the same time

The primary facilitator of the selected therapy is required to have formal education and supervised experience. 3.
