Answer to Question 1

ANS: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6
The client has all of the above rights, but there is no guarantee of a private room or the nurse that the client prefers.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 4
The principle of distributive justice holds that a person should be treated according to what is fair or owed. Often clients with mental disorders do not receive parity with individuals with physical illnesses. Option 1 relates to self-determination. Option 2 is concerned with primum non nocere. Option 3 is not an ethical principle.
