Answer to Question 1

B
Lack of meaning in one's life is a spiritual concern. Referral to a spirituality group has potential for helping the client. The other options do not address the patient's expressed concern.

Answer to Question 2

A
Donepezil can be expected to inhibit cholinesterase (ChE), increasing the amount of intrasynaptic ACh. This drug does not cure AD, nor will it stop its eventual progression. For the present it should, however, preserve the patient's level of cognitive function.
