Answer to Question 1

Admit it when you dont know an answer. It is best to say right away that you do not have the information needed. Tell questioners that you will locate the answers later and get back to them. When you say you will follow up, of course, always do so.

Answer to Question 2

A trusted person who knows about presentations to observe you and tell you how you did. While it may be hard to ask for feedback, getting constructive criticism from someone who is knowledgeable about public speaking can be a great help. The emphasis here is on constructive and knowledgeable.
