Answer: Users think visually and spatially when they plan which paths to take through a Web site, when trying to comprehend the organization of the screen interface and individual page layouts, when they observe the grouping of text and graphics to understand the relationships between

items or to determine their function and meaning, and when they attempt to make meaning of the whole site.
