Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Goat meat is a healthy alternative to other meats, because it is a good source of protein. Goats produce very lean carcasses; goat carcasses have been compared to deer meat for their ratio of lean to fat. Goats deposit as much subcutaneous fat as do cattle and sheep, making their meat lower in fat and cholesterol when compared to beef, pork, mutton (sheep), and poultry.
