Answer to Question 1

Pearling

Answer to Question 2

Mastitis is a disease that is caused by an injury to the udder. Symptoms include lumps or blood that come out in the milk. The cow is moved aside where she can be treated, and her milk is not used. The first two or three squirts of milk are removed because they may have a high bacterial count. The udder is washed using warm water and dried.
