Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

An object may be seen as being simple or beautiful because of the fact that it is surrounded by space.
Important religious icons are separated from other objects to help establish their importance.
Sculptures are placed on stands or plinths in order to elevate them to higher spaces and make them
more visible. The same can be accomplished with establishing the importance of plants, dish gardens,
hanging baskets, and many more horticultural offerings. On the other hand, it is a technique of design
to lessen negative space between objects, drawing them closer together to achieve impact. For
example, rather than placing several single-specimen plants about an entire office building floor, a
more focal approach would be to draw them together, creating a more unified statement.

This condition is progressive and worsens with time. More than 100 million people in the United States are nearsighted, but only 20% of those are born with the condition. Diet, eye exercise, drug therapy, and corrective lenses can all help manage nearsightedness.
