The functions of LH include:

1 . Stimulating the Leydig cells in the testis to produce testosterone and other androgens (male)
2 . Inducing ovulation (female)
3 . Causing the development of the corpus luteum or luteinization (female)
4 . Stimulating the corpus luteum to produce progesterone (female)

Answer to Question 2

The procedure for restoring leather includes: brushing off dirt; using sponge or soft cloth with water;
rubbing cloth onto surface of saddle soap to develop lather; rubbing sudsy mixture into leather surfaces
until leather is clean and soft; removing suds with damp cloth; letting leather dry; rubbing with soft,
dry cloth or brushing with a soft bristle brush.
