Answer to Question 1

Hydropower is water power. Force is generated when water moves from a higher level to a lower level. Hydroelectric
power is electricity that is generated when that moving water turns electric turbines. Environmentalists are
concerned when rivers have dams constructed across them, thereby changing the habitat of the area.



Answer to Question 2

Biogas is methane gas. Methane is produced from decomposing wastes with anaerobic bacteria.
