Answer to Question 1

Bacteria is present in a jar or can of food if the top is expanded and bulged. The
expansion, or dome top, is caused by the waste and gases from the bacteria.



Answer to Question 2

E. coli is a bacterium that comes from animal feces that come in contact with the meat.
