Answer to Question 1

After landscapes have been installed, they must be maintained to keep them attractive.
This means that at certain times the company or person will mow the lawn, weed the
beds, ensure that irrigation systems are working properly, and check the plants for pest
problems.

Answer to Question 2

A landscaping plan is used to communicate ideas to the client. A plan is any drawing that
represents the site or subject area as if the viewer were looking at it from above. The
landscape plan shows how the site has been designed from a plan view.
