Answer to Question 1

A brick or stone walkway can be unifying as it ambles from one area of the landscape to
another. Establishing a rhythm through plants or hardscape materials will help to unify a
design. A landscape design should work together as a whole, not have several very
different parts that compete for attention

Answer to Question 2
