Answer to Question 1

For power spray booms: The size of the nozzle tip depends on the GPA, and the type you plan to use.

For handheld spray booms: The size of the nozzle tip depends on the gal applied per 1,000 sq. ft, minutes to walk and cover 1,000 sq. ft.

Answer to Question 2

To ensure that each nozzle puts out a uniform flow rate, spray pattern, droplet size, and nozzle spray patterns are overlapped to get uniform coverage.
