Describe how raspberries grow and produce their fruit.

Answer to Question 1

The fruit is produced only on canes that grew the previous year with the exception of everbearing raspberries. Everbearers produce a fruit crop on the tips of canes produced that growing season in fall. Then another crop is produced farther down the same canes the next summer.
