Answer to Question 1

Incoming air can be colder than the desired inside temperature. To
prevent cold spots in the plant zone, incoming air exits from holes along the sides
of the tube in turbulent streams such that it mixes with warmer greenhouse air
before reaching the plants.

Answer to Question 2

Just inside the inlet ventilators along the wall holding these ventilators as
well as occasional lines of nozzles perpendicular to the air flow across the
greenhouse in order to combat heat rise as the air moves across the greenhouse.
