At a standard pressure, compare new and old nozzles of the same type and manufacturer by spraying into a graduated collection container using a stop watch; or use a TeeJet Tip Tester.

Maintain exact pressure along with a proper walking speed using a uniform motion, a constant nozzle height, and angle.
