The correct method of cleaning the ears is to use
 
  A) A toothpick wrapped in several folds of tissue
  B) A long-tip syringe to irrigate with peroxide
  C) A cotton swab and pull the pinna upward and cleanse the ear
  D) The twisted end of clean washcloth and pull auricle down
