Answer to Question 1

A
The ability to adapt well to stress, adversity, trauma or tragedy is known as resilience. This ability is not static. It may be available to a person at some times and not others, under some threats and not others. Resiliency often requires perseverance and having an optimistic approach to overcoming a stressful situation, an internal locus of control, a sense of personal responsibility in getting through life, and minimizing risk factors.

Answer to Question 2

C
An ecomap is a graphic representation of the family within the social network. A genograrm is a tool that identifies family forms, relationships, and family health history. A family tree identifies individuals included within a family. The nurse is not creating a family care plan.
