Answer to Question 1

C
Feedback:
The nurse should first assess the client's pain level since the client has arthritis. Anxiety level, blood group, and glucose level are not vital signs which will help the nurse assess the client's pain during the initial assessment.

Answer to Question 2

A
The outer fetal membrane is the chorion; the chorionic villi attached to the uterine wall form the placenta. The inner membrane, the amnion, slightly adheres to the chorion and forms the amniotic sac.
