Answer to Question 1

1,2,3,4
Rationale: Use body position and direction to indicate interest and attention.

Answer to Question 2

3
Rationale: Fiber added to the diet increases bulk and assists the digestive tract to eliminate wastes. The best sources of fiber are plant sources or fruits and vegetables. The pregnant mother should be eating several fruit and vegetable servings at meals, along with increasing water intake, to decrease constipation. Milk and protein are not sources of fiber. Brown rice is a source of fiber, but fruits and vegetable are a better choice.
