Answer to Question 1

D
Incisional edges approximated without redness or drainage; two 4  4s applied is the most complete description of the client's wound. The wound's appearance should be described ac-cording to characteristics observed.
The nursing entry, Wound appears to be healing well. Dressing dry and intact does not provide objective data. It is the nurse's impression that the wound is healing well. This entry does not describe what type of dressing is present.
The nursing entry, Wound well approximated with minimal drainage is incomplete. It does not describe the type of drainage or if any dressing is present dressing.
Wounds should be measured using the metric system; not described as the size of objects. This entry does not indicate the type of drainage present or the number of 4  4s applied.

Answer to Question 2

A
Civil laws protect the rights of individual persons. Administration of an incorrect dosage of morphine sulphate would fall under civil law because it could cause harm to an individual.
Criminal law aims to protect society from harm and provide punishment for crimes (often im-prisonment).
Public law relates to human rights.
Statute law is created by parliamentary, provincial, and territorial legislatures.

The dogs detected 54 of the 55 lung cancer patients as having cancer, detected 28 of the 31 breast cancer patients, and gave only three false-positive results (detecting cancer in people who didn't have it).

This condition is progressive and worsens with time. More than 100 million people in the United States are nearsighted, but only 20% of those are born with the condition. Diet, eye exercise, drug therapy, and corrective lenses can all help manage nearsightedness.
