Answer to Question 1

Ans: A
Feedback:
The self-administered system allows the client independence and responsibility while simultaneously allowing nursing supervision, education, and evaluation for client compliance and safety medication management prior to facility discharge.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: C
Feedback:
Electronic medical records may automatically enter Tall-man lettering on the computer screen when generic drug names are ordered. Chemical names are very rarely used at the point of care and computers do not verbally pronounce drug names. Bolding the name of a drug does not necessarily signal that it is a generic drug name.
