If I am drawing observations out of a hat while sampling with replacement, the probability of drawing a certain outcome
 
  a. remains constant across all draws.
  b. changes as I continue drawing objects.
  c. decreases as I continue to draw objects.
  d. none of the above

Question 2

When we sample with replacement we
