Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
A correct action when using a wheelchair is to back wheelchair into an elevator, leading with large rear wheels first. A patient's buttocks should be well back into the seat. A locked wheelchair should be placed on a patient's strong or unaffected side. Brakes should be securely locked when a patient is transferring.
