Answer to Question 1

ANS: B
Bed linens should be placed in the linen hamper, not on the floor, after they are removed from the bed. The patient turns to each side while the bed linens are changed, and the nurse wears gloves.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: D
Patients on anticoagulants should use an electric razor for shaving to avoid bleeding complications. Patients should have the option of shaving if they would like to shave. Waxing may not be an option.
