Which statement by a patient with chronic depression who is prescribed fluoxetine (Prozac) indicates the need for additional teaching?
 
  a. It may take from 2 to 8 weeks for my depression to improve.
  b. If I have suicidal thoughts, I will contact my prescriber immediately.
