HIV, renal insufficiency, and allergy to purine derivatives are contraindications to treatment with adefovir.

The patient is displaying signs and symptoms of lidocaine toxicity, which is managed with di-azepam or phenytoin.
Digoxin, verapamil, and quinidine are not indicated for the management of lidocaine toxicity.
