Answer to Question 1

B
Loss of neutrophils, which occurs at maximal level 10 to 14 days after initial dosing, increases the risk of severe infection.
The patient is not at risk for sleep pattern disturbance.
Blue-green urine is a harmless effect of the drug and would not result in impaired urinary elimi-nation.
Mitoxantrone does not have the adverse effect of ototoxicity.

Answer to Question 2

B
Rifabutin poses a risk of uveitis and should be discontinued if ocular pain or blurred vision de-velops.
Cataracts, a glaucoma-like syndrome, and conjunctivitis are not effects associated with rifabutin.
