Answer to Question 1

D

Since levodopa can dilate pupils and raise intraocular pressure, it is contraindicated in narrow-angle glaucoma. Levodopa is not contraindicated in patients with human immune deficiency virus. Levodopa is not contraindicated in patients with human papillomavirus. Levodopa is not listed as a contraindication with TIAs.

Combination products of topical clindamycin or erythromycin and benzoyl peroxide are more effective than antibiotics alone. Azelaic acid and benzoyl peroxide are effective but not as effective as combination medications. Topical clindamycin is effective, but combination medications may be more effective.
