B and C. Contraindications include spinal degenerative joint disease, spinal deformities, and coagulopathies.
D. The major contraindication for lumbar puncture is if there is evidence of greatly increased intracranial pressure.

A, B, C, and D. The left side-lying Sims' position exposes the anus and helps the client to relax the external anal sphincter, as well as lessening the likelihood of the suppository or feces being expelled.
