OF THE TIMES HE/SHE GAVE A 30 CHANCE OF RAIN, IT SHOULD HAVE RAINED 30 OF THE TIME, ETC. NOTE: THIS IS MORE DETAILED THAN JUST DETERMINING THE PERCENTAGE OF TIMES HE/SHE WAS CORRECT OVERALL.
