Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

THIS IS NOT GOOD BECAUSE THE MOST POPULAR CHOICES WERE NOT OFFERED ON THE SURVEY, AND YOU LOST INFORMATION REGARDING WHAT THOSE CHOICES SHOULD HAVE BEEN. TO PREVENT THIS, CONDUCT A PILOT STUDY BEFOREHAND IN OPEN QUESTION FORM, AND INCLUDE THE MOST POPULAR ANSWERS AS CHOICES ON THE FINAL (CLOSED) VERSION OF THE QUESTION.
