The core test covers basic math, customer relations, comfort, heat transfer, and fundamentals of electricity.

Answer to Question 2

A heat recovery ventilator transfers only sensible heat due to temperature difference. An energy recovery ventilator uses desiccants to transfer both sensible and latent heat.
