They use the same information, but backwards from each other. Substances with large densities have small specific volumes while substances with large specific volumes have small densities.

Answer to Question 2

Flue gas condensation occurs when the water vapor in the flue gas is cooled by the vent. Using double wall b vent and sizing the vent correctly are the best remedies.
