Subtract 1 for starter. 21 / 3 = 7 groups x 4 feet = 28 feet

Answer to Question 2

A major difference is that with a suction line restriction, the subcooling will remain normal to slightly above normal. In an undercharged system, the amount of subcooling will be below normal to none.
