How does a two pipe system, reverse return differ from a two pipe system, direct return?

Using Figure 31-19, the suction pressure is 140 psig, the liquid pressure is 370 psig, and the ambient temperature is 105F. What charge adjustment needs to be made?

Answer to Question 1

The two pipe reverse return system is similar to the direct return system except the piping is arranged so that the same length of pipe

Answer to Question 2

Add charge, the system is undercharged.
